Anyway, for your questions. The condoms may be the wrong size, or you might be putting them on wrong. Google some instructional videos and watch them together. It's something you want to get right. Don't be embarrassed; if watching a couple of instructional videos is embarassing, you shouldn't be having sex.
If you've had an active life (soccer, gymnastics, horseback riding), you may have long since broken your hymen, which would diminish the first-time pain. I've also heard some women say that G-spot stimulation can sometimes feel like needing to pee, but obviously I'm just going on their word there. Sounds normal, though.
