 It can hurt the first time, but if you're properly turned on and use some lube you can minimize it. Make sure you use a condom no matter what. Absolutely nothing is worth taking the risk of pregnancy or STDs. And I'd tell you to wait until you're a bit older to have sex, as this is a big deal (losing your virginity) and you don't want to regret it later on. Before you sleep with someone they should be able to turn you on/get you off before you have sex.
As for butts, every guy has different tastes.

Sex will hurt a lot the first time if the guy only care about himself. If he cares about you and what you might be feeling, he would go slow, and take his time. Then the experience can be good for both of you.
As for butts...it depends on the guy...I like butts and I can not lie. Sorry not so much a boob guy.
