You answered your own question, by saying you are not ready for sex, and you are right because you know yourself better than anyone else in the world and you are the only person who can decide. When you have sex be sure to have birth control and don't let yourself be pressured into it, losing your virginity is something you will remember for your entire life so make sure it is a good experience, something you will remember with tenìderness and fondness.Sex is a wonderful thing but it can leave your feeling deeply hurt if you are not ready, and remember the best sex is coupled with love or at least a deep affection. My first experience came at age 23 and I am not with that person anymore, at that age, at least I was very aware of what I was facing. My first time was a bit akward and very emotional as it is for most girls and it bonded me to that boyfriend more than I expected. In retrospect I should have waited longer not in terms of time (I was 23) but in terms of relationship, meaning that I should have waited to know the person better. At your age you are very curious about sex and that is normal and healthy but you can ease the tension by doing some petting rather than intercourse, or you can masturbate alone.

 My first time was about 2 months ago, I'm 19 and it was with a FWB. I'm the type of guy that didn't want just anyone for my first time, I wanted to wait for someone special ad I think I did because I really like this girl.She at first didn't believe that I was a virgin and was joking around a little about it, I think she said I was her 5th or 6th guy (She isn't very proud of the amount of people she's slept with).
