"Quality" is too specific for the individual to make it an accurate base for reference. There are too many gradients of personality that cannot be defined by a mere string of words.

 It depends how it's done.One persons version of not beating around the bush can be another persons version of being way too forward.Being direct is great, telling someone you like them without playing any games is welcomed by most ladies I'm sure.On the other hand half of the fun is in the chase, that period of shy glances and subtle flirting without knowing for sure what the other person is feeling (but hoping like hell you're reading the signals right) can be pretty sweet!Qualities that make a guy attractive to me are humour, ability to hold a decent conversation, and good manners. There's a lot more than that, but they're the prelinary things.
