My stomach starts hurting and i can't go to the bathroom, but then when i finally do, my period comes. What's going on?Thanks:)

This could be from the blood that clots and has to pass thru your female organs causing cramping. This is called Dismenorrhea. Also the hormones in your body can cause this. (PMS)They can also cause cramping due to the imbalance at the time which can lead to diarrhea.
Eating a proper diet can help along with OTC medications for PMS. (Premenstrual Syndrome.)Drinking lots of water can help by easing the flow of the clots( caused by stagnated blood)You can also try a warm towel several times a day to your stomach. The water will help in being able to relieve yourself bathroom wise in either Urinary or bowels.
Warm baths can help too but be careful not to have it too hot and don't stay in excessively. Too hot water can cause the flow to start heavy.
Here's a sight that will tell you more indepth.
I hope this helps.
