I currently work in the medical field as a CNA in a nursing home and I see almost everyday what bowel incontinence can do to a person's dignity. My boyfriend enjoys anal sex and I do too (after a while of penetration). My question is, however, how often can a woman have anal sex before she becomes permanently incontinent? Please don't judge! the longer you do it the more the muscels get used to the stretching. when your older you will experience the problems more. but if you dont do anal sex at all then your still at risk of suffering problems. so i guess its best to live your life in the moment.

It's not as though there's some kind of absolute number, but using LOTS of lube will help, and certainly don't do it daily. This question has a lot of good answers, Cerberus makes some great points:
