This probably isn't the appropriate question to ask on dear cupid, but I would like some opinions please.

This is a health related question. I am male, 25years old, and fit and healthy, however I have have a problem with my underarms, I am fortunate that I do not have body odour problems, I just sweat from under my arms way too much, even on a cold day I am sweating. I thought it was nerves, perhaps it might be, but I can not handle it anymore, as I feel so aware when I go out to not lift my arms because of the huge sweat marks or I have tissues under my arms and change them as I go through the day. Its effecting my confidence and I now avoid wearing light clothes to avoid showing huge sweat patches.

Now I have heard that botox could be a solution for this, has anyone heard of that helping? has anyone done that? Then I have heard of an operation that blocks that gland and it becomes inactive but I have heard that it is a tricky procedure as if not done properly can cause further damage.

What is the solution for my underarm discomfort?

Please help, thank you.

kellyxxx agony auntHi, have you tried driclor deodorant? That's meant to be quite good. My friend (male)) has had botox, he used to sweat soooo much but he was fine after it! Its not permanent and it only lasts about 6months then you go for a top up. He said it was worth it and he would have it done again! X
