writes: recently at work ive been having issues with a manager.. everytime i go into work she tends to boss me around and hurrying me up to do everything fast... im tired of it... she only picks on me.. i found out from another employee. that she told my main boss that im to lazy to work and i dont do anything.. i was like wtf... i do work my best so now she cut my hours alot... what can i do.. to distance myself from her.. i already talk to my main boss and told her what she does to me.. and she look at the cameras and believe me so... now im in a situation that i dont know what to do...

reader, anonymous, writes (5 July 2010): You need to find out what the root problem is, why she targets you if you want to be able to clear things up. That is the best option but may not be possible. If you or anyone else cannot do that then yes, distance. Work something out with the higher boss so she is no longer your supervisor, can no longer try to supervise you. In this case let her have her issues and move on, it's not your problem.
