writes:helo.i have a problem with one of my superiors.there are two of them a guy and a lady.the lady act all nice but go behind my back and complain about me to the guy.he on his part wait until we have a management meeting and then tells me off in the worst possible way in front of everyone.its very hurtful and embarrasing.i know im a damn good worker.the problems they have with me is never work related.its petty stuff that he makes a big deal about.i went to him after one of these insidents and told him how i felt.his response to that was that he has nothing to say to me he already told me what he wanted to say he said in the meeting.i cant go to our boss about it he is based in another town coz then the whole team will c me as a trouble maker.i tried talking to the lady as well,but then she went back to him and told him everything and then he attacked me about it in the next meeting again.please help me i dont know what to do or how to act in the office anymore.it seems like everything i do or say is wrong.this whole thing is makin me very unhappy bt i cant afford to lose my job.
