writes: I am a 39 year old male, have had an active sex life, fell in love with a married woman, and we have been having an affair for about 2 years. Problem is that all of a sudden after I had shoulder surgery,(rotator cuff),I at first was having problems getting an erection, now I can get one but it takes forever to ejaculate if at all, she is worried that it is her. I assure her that it isn't, cause even when I masturbate it happens, seems that I go soft just before, and it is driving me crazy. I told my doctor and he didn't find anything wrong, but wants me to go see a neurologist, and a gastiorolegist.I will most likley follow his advice but was wondering if anyone had any ideas on the cause?

It probably is because of the shoulder surgery. When they operated, they probably shifted something in your arm to cause your hand to not give as much pleasure as it used to. Another thing is that you could still be in pain on the inside and your body is just not feeling up to having an erection.
