If you've gotten your period as you normally do, you're not pregnant.
You could be feeling this way because of your paranoia, as in a mild form of hypochondria. It could also be a side effect from taking the morning-after pill. Either way, you should see a doctor if this continues.

The brain is so powerful that it can actually trick your body into thinking its pregnant and then it starts showing symptoms, so a lot of paranoid people get this same kind of feeling. Even I have more than once.
So save yourself the worry and get a quick test.

If you had normal periods after you last had intercourse the odds of your pregnant are nil. Still, to get rid of your paranoia, go get a test.

I think that this is just a paranoid state but just to be sure go out and get a pregnancy test just to be safe. Have your periods been regular since then as well? It is possible to feel one of those symtoms and think your pregnant and all the others are due to those thoughts that follow. Get the test and it might be a good idea to consider the birth control pill so that you can avoid this situation in the future.

This is Kristal I know how u feel I had a baby at 16 but the best thing to do is just go to the doctor & get tested. It is the most accurate way of knowing for sure. This way too if u are then they will help u get started on the right path for doctor appointments & all that for u & baby if your not they can put u on birth control that way there is a less chance of this scare happening again. I suggest anything but the shot.
