do you smoke a lot of cigarettes as i found they affected my ability to keep an erection, also if you are under the influence of alcohol or especially stimulants (illiegal) or SSRI antidepressants like prozac or cipramil then it can be difficult to stay hard.
maybe at the point this happens you need some suggary drink or food. i find tea does make me quite physically ready and gives sustainance.
