Question - (10 December 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 10 December 2008)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me...

Ive been having this problem for about 6 months now and its really getting me down.

I have been with my boyfriend for 2 years and i love having sex with him, but about 6 months ago i started getting this really wet creamy discharge, not only when we have sex but all the time. But its the worst when i have sex and after i have been to the toilet.

I dealt with it for a little while thinking it would just go away but it didnt. So i went to the doctor to get myself checked out. Nothing. The only thing they could see was a little bit of thrush so they gave me some tablets. When i finished them it was still there, So i went back and got checked out again. Nothing. So they have booked me in to see a phychiatrist because they think its in my head. But how can it be in my head when it is there?

Im not the only one who has noiticed it, it gets my boyfriend soaked and he said he can feel rubbing when we have sex. Its put me off sex so much i cant even get turned on anymore. I just feel completly different down there, Nothing gets me excited and when i have sex to keep my boyfriend happy it just gets so wet and i can hardly feel it anyway. Its really upsetting me now because this has never happened before and i just want to go back to the way i was before! Im only 18 is this going to be here forever?

Can anyone suggest anything?

xx

a_decent_1 agony auntI would say that it is normal and a part of your growth.. Vaginal discharge tends to vary as your hormones change..

You didn't mention if it smells bad.. If it does, then it might be a yeast infection.. But if it doesn't smell bad then accept it as it is baby.. Every girl has vaginal discharge.. The quantity of discharge may vary but NO WOMAN ON EARTH is discharge free..

Don't let it put you off baby.. The doctor might have suggested a psychatrist because you might be thinking too much into nothing.. Enjoy the sex and forget about the discharge baby. G'day
