See a doctor. Throw out your razor and do NOT shave again until all of the pimples have cleared up.
It may be an STI, but it could also be a bacterial infection in your hair follicles. Whenever you pop one with a razor, you can spread it around wherever you cut yourself with the razor
I've had a skin infection before because I had a painful 'pimple' on my knee. I nicked it while shaving and continued to shave my knees afterwards. (i shave them last cuz they're a pain) within a day, I had close to a dozen painful pimples on both of my knees. I had to treat them with ointment. I didn't realize my razor was contaminated and used it again and ended up with more of these things elsewhere.
Thankfully, I realized these things were something infectious and bad, my razor was contaminated, and didn't shave again until all of them were completely cleared up.
Finally, you can get a whole bunch of pimples if you shave your bikini area (especially if you shave it smooth) and then in the next day or two either wear synthetic fiber underwear (especially if you get sweaty or exercise) OR if you start your period and wear a pad or a liner. These pimples are more like almost a diaper rash and the area will be red, itchy, and have some pimples that are more slightly ingrown hairs. This scenario is more likely if you have soft sensitive skin, and coarse pubic hair.

I would not pop them.
are you sexually active?
if you shave it might be ingrown hairs...

It depends on where they are. They can be ingrown hairs, it can be HPV (genital warts). If this is out of the norm I suggest you go see your doctor.

It's probably ingrown hairs (which can happen no matter how long you've been shaving), but you should have a doctor check them out. We can't diagnose health problems on here.

It might not be pimples, it could be just the glands that got a bit inlamed. Or well, I guess that is some kind of a pimple. It is not dangerous but I don't think you shuold pop them, better let them be until they go away by themselves it is a pretty sensitive area down there. It is not totally uncommon but hopefully you don't get them too often. If they keep coming often and you are not sure it is just the glands, go see your gynecologist for diagnose and help.
