 Yes, it's way too soon. He doesn't know you enough, and you don't know him either. If you lived close by, he would have tried to have sex with you already.
But I believe as the woman, you have control over the conversation and relationship. If you're uncomfortable with it, and feel it's too soon, you can definitely find a way out of it.
