Period very light..not even for a day..what is this?

I came on my period this month but it was for not even a day and it was very light/little spoting.

So my question is what could cause this. And is it normal?

Ooh yea I also have painful headaches for no reason,an have not been able to use the bathroom(number 2,number 1 is constently) and I have horrible heart burn. Could this be a result of my period being irregular this month?
