It's possible. When I was trying to get pregnant, I took tests for a week and they were all negative. But I was still late. So I went to the doctors. She gave me the pee test, and I was still negative. So they gave me the blood test and sure enough, I was pregnant.
They say that this doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. If you're concerned, go to a clinic find out for sure. Then you can relax (and chances are, once you relax, you'll start your period).

If you've had unprotected sex there's always a chance. I would give it another week and if your period hasn't shown and tests are still coming up negative see your doctor who can give you a blood test that tend to be more sensitive to the pregnancy hormone than peesticks.
