Eat a banana and take a hot bath or use a heating pad/hot water bottle on your lower tummy. The potassium from the banana will ease your cramps and the heat will relax them away :) P.S. i have heard that orgasms will ease menstrual pain but Ive never tried it. I wish you only the best

no, i know just what its like and i don't have any medication either.
the best thing is a hot water bottle (you've probably herd that before!)put on your lower stomach and lie down!
other than that you can lie on the couch and watch a good movie to take your mind of it.
Ive heard exercises and walking helps too.
