Heya,
I used to get seriously bad period pains that led me to me to collapsing and being sick. I'm assuming that your periods are not as bad as this but I have a few ideas that might help:
-Maybe you could try taking two ibprofen painkillers and having a hot bubble bath - this might take the pain away a little
-Lying down in bed with a hot water bottle on your tummy
-Doing some excercise can usually help the flow
I have heard that it is constipation that can be the main source of the problem during your period. So if I were you I'd ensure that you eat lots of fruit and foods that contain fibre to make sure your bowel movements are regular during your time of the month.
If the pain is incredibly bad or you feel very sick when you're on your period, I'd suggest you go to see your doctor who will probably prescribe you something - either the pill, mefanamic acid ( Which I was prescribed ) or something similar.
I hope this helps.
Take care.
xx
