Question - (6 January 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 6 January 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I am fifteen, and recently went on my first date with a really nice guy from school. I have known him for almost 5 years, and have liked him on and off, but never told him as I thought he was waayy out of my league.

then, last week, we went out to the cinema, just the two of us. he was reaallly sweet and kind, put his arm around me, we held hands and he was the perfect gentlemen. then, he asked me if i wanted to be his girlfriend, but as I thought it was a little too soon (as the whole thing had happened in less than a week) I carefully explained to him that I wanted to take it slow, and go out a few more times first. He seemed fine with it, but ever since the date, he has been completely different with me. there are all signs that he doesnt like me anymore, but I really like him! I'm convinced hes gone off me!! I explained to him that I didn't reject him, and asked if there was anything wrong, and he says no.

Could anyone help me please? can anyone think of a reason why this has happened? any advice?

please?

thank you :) x

KickRox agony auntHe still likes you, but guy's ask a girl once and then wait for her to make the next move. They don't want to seem like they're begging or anything, so they become a little distant.
