some people are naturally thin, I naturally gain weight easily and I wish it was as simple as me being able to give you some of my 90kg !!! (Im 172cm and 90kg is too much for me) however if you dont feel comfortable with yourself then I would advise you to try to gain weight, you may be surprised to hear that doing exercise is a good way to gain weight -but it has to be with weights, you dont need to buy special exercise equipment, you can fill bottles with water or use something heavy like a bag of rice, just make sure it is sealed so the rice doesnt fall out. look up exercises online with google, for ideas on what you can do at home with the weights. squats are good for building up your ass, and you can do these with weights too. also make sure there is enough fat and carbohydrates in what you eat, and eat regularly. good luck!
