Be sure your woman is very excited, lots of foreplay, before actual intercourse, this increases the likelyhood of her having an orgasm. Experiment with positions to see which give her the most pleasure, this will vary for the individual. 'using it right' doesn't necessarily refer to just your penis, it's the overall experience that counts. Personally I have been with a man that had an above average size who thought that I should worship and be thankful for his presence, I was not happy, and I am currently with a man who has a smaller than average size and he regards my pleasure as the most important thing, this makes me very happy, and of course I reciprocate.
