The police arrested him and im 17 he is 18 but he really didnt hit me. BUT everybody is saying he physcially abuse me when its not the case! im so mad. Well, I guess you just learned the hard way that you have to behave in a civilized manner in public. I don't understand if he was trying to restrain you from walking in general, or if he was retraining you from walking into a street, but they are two different things. If he was stopping you from crossing a street, that was a perfectly normal reaction. If he was physically restrained you from from walking away from him, then that actually is a form of assault, because YOU have the right to your own autonomy (for an explanation, see Wiki). And YOU need to understand that you are the maker of your own misfortune, so you need to not be creating public disturbances. I have no idea what is going to happen, but you need to show up in his defense in court. The more genuine, responsible and repentant you are in front of the judge, the better the outcome will be.
