writes:Hi...I have a curious question and i really dont know how or where start to search about it..the problem is: Everybody man/woman who swallow my cum/sperm/semen or when I blow inside tha anus(anal sex without condom) feels bad after a few minutes..like when u eat something that is nor good and u start to feel pain..like something strange in the intestine and after goes to the bathroom to put everything out by the anus (excreta..body waste) i just dont know why. And many people said the is just with my semen..I dont know what is my problem and i'm really concern about it..Thanks for any Help,Paul

 We can't advise medically on here but what I can say is wear a CONDOM and then your semen won't have to enter them till you have been to a doctor!
