I think you need to talk to her about it. NOT complain, simply say that it makes you a little bit jealous when she has all these guys around her.
Ask her for a little bit of reassurance when she is around her guy friends so they and you are reminded who is her number 1.
She'll find it cute that you are jealous if you admit it's just you being a bit silly because you like her so much. Point out that it's just because you think she's so beautiful and amazing and she won't be able to take offence.
