A recurring thing is thinking people dislike me when they actually don't have an opinion on me, maybe its slight paranoia. Sounds like you just have a low self-esteem, which is common, and will probably improve. When you are worrying about a situation in the past, thinking about the impression you gave, it is important to consider what you actually DID that could have given that bad impression. Unless you can think of a specific things, then you're worrying for no reason, so try and forget it. Get busy. Distract yourself. Don't dwell on things so much.
If you honestly can think of things that might have given that impression - well, even then, the other people might not have taken it like that. Other people often see you very differently than you see yourself.
You just need to believe in yourself a bit more. Go out, and do something good deliberately - and then think about that. The more you do, the more you can honestly put a positive light on yourself.
And anyway, has it ever occured to you that you might have given a GOOD impression of yourself?? It's just as likely!
