Hi Sweetie,
I can't tell how severe the pains that you are having are, but you do need to see a doctor. It could just be a urinary tract infection, cystitis, which can be cured up by a round of antibiotics. It's important to take care of this, because left untreated, it can lead to a kidney infection.
My daughter had a kidney stone at the age of 19, and she had very similar symptoms, so it's important to go to your doctor right away. It could also be a miscarriage, from what you are describing - Do you know if you are pregnant? That's an important thing to know one way or the other - especially if you are going on antibiotics. Grab a pregnancy test, and do it on the way to the doctors office or ask him to do one when you get there!!!
We out here are just offering advice, but none of us are doctors, so please get to see one right away. With their knowledge and a physical exam, you'll be fine. Hope that you are feeling better soon. CALL YOUR DOCTOR RIGHT NOW! (Sorry, the Mom in me slipped out...)

Very easy to get especially if you're a bit run down. Best to see your doctor or a nurse who may ask you for a urine sample and will do a test straight away. I had the same symptoms you describe and this is what it was - I got some antibiotics - job done. Please do go and visit your doc.
