LadyMech22 is verified as being by the original poster of the question Well the funny thing is is that i am having troubles with my stomach and my bowel so it could just be that. The pains comes after i or he has done it but its not after every time. It dont happen straight after and dont last long either. I think i will cut it down yeah and also check what happens next time i do it.

reader, anonymous, writes (19 September 2010): I've never heard of anything like that being a normal side-effect of pleasuring yourself. I'm assuming it's not just a case of straining your ab muscles while doing it. Does the pain come right after you do it or is it just sort of always there? Try and find if there's a link. Maybe ease up on the self-pleasuring for a while and see if it goes away. Too much of anything can be bad. Also look at other things you may have been doing differently lately, new foods, etc., as stomach pain can be caused by a number of things.

 How long do these pains last? A few hours? Days? If you're really worried, maybe go and see your doctor. Also, try cutting down on 'pleasuring yourself' aswell, i know you said he really excites you, but it might help if you cut it down.
