 You probably damaged your cervix in some fashion, it's actually quite vascular and easy to make bleed. I suggest vising your OBGYN to make sure you don't have any large abrasions or serious bruising.

 I would suggest you see an OBGYN for an exam. After two days, you should not be bleeding. Maybe the two of you were a bit TOO rough. Just go make sure everything is ok.

Internal pain and steady bleeding is a normal result for having sustained an injury. Go to the doctor. It could just be bruising, but it could also be more serious than you realise, I would get it checked out asap. Delaying or putting it off could put you in critical danger, even if it is something small that leads to an internal infection.
