I had that. Turns out I had fibroids. I had surgery (not a hysterectomy ) and now take a pill everyday. Go see your gyn immediately. I know the feeling of concern after sex seeing the blood. It really freaks out your man to start sex normally then ending up like your period started. I had to reassure him I was not on my period because he had performed oral sex. So go to your gyn before it causes problems.
