A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I have been sexually active since I was 15, I am 18 now. I have been on the pill in the past but I have a very hard time remembering to take it. My current b/f and I have sex regularly but neither of us really likes the way condoms feels. I like the feeling of him cumming inside me. What other forms of birth contol are good and easy to remember?

A male reader, CrazyMind United Kingdom +, writes (14 April 2009):

CrazyMind agony auntLet me point you to http://www.brook.org.uk

http://www.brook.org.uk/content/M3_1_contraception.asp lists 14 different contraceptive methods, including the contraceptive injection, which lasts for 8 to 12 weeks; the implant, which lasts for up to 3 years; and other possibilities. The site also lists effectiveness of different methods, as well as pros and cons. If you're looking from something that is "easy to remember" then maybe the Implant is something that may be good - it is 99% effective, and fertility returns immediately once the implant is removed. http://www.brook.org.uk/content/M2_1_6_implant.asp

You can get contraception from your local GP, another GP (where you can register for family planning services only), Brook (if you are under 25) or a family planning clinic (FPC). You can get advice about contraception from your GP, FPCs, Brook, etc. Also, contraception is free on the NHS.

I hope I've been of some help...

Regards,

Crazy
