reader, anonymous, writes (2 July 2009): Sounds like a bladder infection, and I'd know, because I've had one. Felling like you constantly need to go, even when you only end up peeing a drop or two, and sharp pain/burning on urination are classic symptoms. Go see your doctor. He or she will be able to prescribe you an antibiotic. Good luck.

Second part of the question: What does he say when you tell him what you would like, and that you're not satisfied? Does he know?
