She's kind and seems like a good person, lives about an hour from me by road. However, now she's asking for a photo of me. She sent me a picture of herself, even though I didn't ask her for it, I thought to myself... bit early to ask for pics, get to know her firstI was wondering, is it better for me to send one that's of me in a crowd scene on my local newspaper's site (well, not really a crowd scene as such, more a group of revellers, I'm next to them but was not the focus of the article, even though I was named along with other local residents - it was a 'festive frolics' type article.) than a proper posed picture or "selfie"?Because it's on a public site, the local newspaper, does that make it any better as a way to prove who I am?Also, when meeting in person, who is it best to tell first? My parents or a friend? I'm temporarily living at home with them until I move in to my new place in 3 weeks time.Needing advice from you guys.

Who you tell first, or if you tell anyone at all, would be whom you're comfortable telling.
If you two decide to meet face to face, wishing you luck. Hope all goes well.

Any picture where you are appropriately dressed, see your face clearly, and smile. No pictures looking up your nose or in your pj's, and have a nice background!! No toilet pics please...
As for who to tell? Dont understand, what to you want to tell and why?
