One year of no contact, how do I act with ex now?

I was in relationship for three years.she was everything to me i loved her so much and i was going to merry her..a year ago she started to change a lot and she was not intrested in me any more i did everything i can to gain her love back { doormate } but i couldn't after a short period of time i discovered she was hoocked with another guy ..i wished her goodluck and moved on. i went in pain i cried but hey nothing i could do i mean i lost all my respect she just was jerk to me..then after like 7 monthes her sister came to my store which i never met before and she mentioned to me that my ex gave her the address and she made sure to make me know that she is her sister { bcz i acted like i don't know that } . now all memories came back to me is that a signal she wants me back or is she still remmber me after one year. what should i do . i'm afriad she did that just to remind me of her self .can anyone help
