The feelings can be so strong and so overwhelming, and at 13 a few days can feel like a lifetime. As you get older the feelings will be just as strong but you will know better how to handle them.
Your friend - you just have to talk with her... that's what friends do.... what to say? say how you feel.... that's how friends get closer.
As for the guys, well, if you are asked out, and you want to, go. But remember that love is easy but relationships are hard.
If you go out with #2, and your friend is hurt by it... if she is really your friend she will get over it.
