writes: My first day passed of no smoking! And I feel great! Few times in the day I craved it a little but overall it's been ok. I'm just hoping tomorrow, the craving does not get worse!I did a cold turkey one, no nicotine patches etc, I think willpower will be enough hopefully.Any other ideas or anyone who would like to share a story? I also started smoking because of stress but i picked a time when life was going good and made myself really busy. Its still hard but you really need the motivation from people that are close to you. I think you should try again! I'm sure you can do it! :)

i am 14 years of age and i have been smoking since i was 7 i would love to stop but no matter what i do i just cant, ive went to clubs and ive been to my doctor and everything and i just can't stop but i suffer from alot of stress and i find smoking is the only thing that calms me down. i hope this goes really well for you and you are sucsess full x
