My pill time should be always 6:05pm. Since, the clock changed it's 7:05pm. Do I keep taking it at the same time 1 hour before then the actual time? I know it's common sense but, I keep getting different answers which is left me to come talk on it here! Thanks alot!

Keep taking it at the same time. 1 hour difference isn't going to change the effectiveness. Hope I helped.
