But yea, I've really grown to have feelings for this guy, and I know he feels the same way, I've been out with hi before, but me being a foolish nerd, finished him, for a pathetic reason. He knows that I like him, and he knows I know that he likes me, so the deal is:he allways jokes around that we should kiss, like when we're walking from school to the bus, and i blabble on as i do, he just sais "oh just shut up for a minute, and kiss me" with a smile across his face :D. In a playful way, you just need to make his job easier.
Next time he says that (or if you can get him to say it again), just move your lips closer to his but don't kiss him. See if he moves the rest of the distance, if he does then there you go :)
From a guys perspective, going in for the kiss (unless its a cheek) takes confidence, maybe he just doesnt have enough in this situation. He WANTS to kiss you, but something is holding him back, possibly the fact that he's not sure how you would react.
Just move 70% of the way to his lips, see if he moves the other 30% into a kiss

 Seems like the best way to get him to kiss you is just for you to kiss him! Most guys love it when girls take the initiative, so the next time he says something like that, just lean in and give him a playful peck on the lips, and let him take it from there. From the sounds of it, neither of you are going to be disappointed!
