 ANYTIME that semen comes in contact with the vagina, you are at risk for pregnancy. Precum or not, there is still a chance. Next time i suggest you wash your hands after getting cum or pre cum on them before fingering (you should wash your hands anyway) If she begins to experience any pregnancy symptoms or misses her period i suggest she takes a home pregnancy test.

 Sperm can only survive like 3 seconds outside of the human body, meaning by the time you fingerd her the sperm was already dead meaning there is no chance that you got her pregnant so dont worry about it.
