No fear. I honestly dont think you started this thread to talk about the testes or the products of masturbation. Your are fine there, but not so often, its going to blurr your reality about girls and misplace your values in future relationships. you should definately have a talk with someone, your friends are not right ones to talk to about that by the way, their just as confused, if anything else think about it like this, your becoming an adult, you have proof.  Yes, it is completely normal. The white stuff is indeed sperm, what's SUPPOSED to come out when having sex/masturbating. The clear stuff is simply semen, without the sperm, and if you're doing it that many times a day.. the sperm hasn't had time to "restock" and therefore you're testicles won't be full of it anymore... so they're softer. Have you been in sex ed or family life yet? If not, I say you're jumping the guy on masturbating, aren't you? Hopefully you're not doing it out of boredom, but that's the impression I'm getting. It's a natural healthy process every so often, and can be beneficial! (It will help build up stamina and prevent wet dreams... if you're having those yet.)
But yes, you're fine. Everything's normal from your description. :)

 I don't know how old you are, but it sounds relatively normal to me! When you masturbate to orgasm/climax, you experience ejaculation. This is when semen (containing the sperm which gets a girl pregnant) is expelled (at a fast rate, lol) from the penis. Even if you haven't climaxed yet, pre-ejaculate (pre-cum) containing sperm usually comes out of an erect penis. This is why you should always use a condom, even if using the pull-out method.
The hardening of the scrotum containing the testicles is due to sexual arousal. They usually also 'rise', or become higher up.
Also, it's possible, when you masturbate too roughly or several times a day for a long time, that you can cause semenal leakage, a condition where semen or the 'pre-cum' can leak out. Google it if you need more info. Just take it easy on your little friend and give it a rest for a while. :) Perhaps keep it to a minimum of once or twice a day.
