 Watch a nice romantic movie I recommend "The Notebook". Sit close to her making sure you can touch her, start to caress her hand or wrist when you can or when it feels right, don't wait till the movie has finished. Then when the time is right look her in the eyes and gently kiss her (she will signal by slightly moving closer). or you may want to do the kissing part right at the end of the movie.
things will heat up she'll either pull away or kiss more. next just softly touch her on the side of her leg moving up to her breast, then slowly start to take off her shirt. hopefully it's buttoned (not a t-shirt) if its a t-shirt take off your shirt first and let her do some working on you so she can kiss your neck and you do the same to her.
Things should really start from here. just follow your feelings but don't rush it, you will feel the energy from her. if she's a rush type just follow her.
