I thought oh, this will go away like other crushes I've had, but it hasn't. We've barely even spoken. He lives like down the street from me, but I don't want to just show up at his house, I don't know, I just seems werid. I'm just a shy person though. What do you think? Yeah I know I sound crazy.

I agree it's just an infatuation right now. You can't really love someone until you at least know who they are. I've been there though, dwelling over the last time you talked, making up scenarios like you should've said this, or you should've done that, etc. Once you get a person you barely know stuck in your head you start building a whole personality of them from just the little things you do know. You build them up so high in your imagination then when you do finally get to know them, and realize you were wrong, it's extremely upsetting. Erase all the daydreams and the things you "think" he might do or say and like the anonymous poster said, ask for a phone book or something. But if you do get to know him make sure your really learning who HE is, and not that guy you made up in your imagination that looks like him and shares his name. I know what I'm talking about on this one. :)

But if you really want to get to know him badly, you could make excuses to come to his house, like hey, do you have a phonebook? Can I borrow it?
