When you love someone you don't look at how he dresses or how he looks in general, you love him because he treats you well and you can't live without him. Being in love is having the spark there and getting the chills when you see him and feeling good. It is important to be in love and to love the person you are with. It sounds like you have never loved this guy and now you are falling out of love with him. Just tell him how you feel, tell him that you just want him as a friend and that you're feelings have changed. He will get hurt but in the long run it's what's best for the both of you, I mean would you like to be with someone who feels about you the way you feel about him? I don't think so. Do the right think

Just tell him the truth. no need in wastin his time telling him you love him when you really don't.
