Are you sure you peed and didn't ejaculate? If it didn't have a strong smell it's likely to have been ejaculate and not urine. Some women's orgasms are things like leg spasms/shaking and things like that, if you felt a sensation of relief/release after it happened, especially coupled with hypersensitivity around your clitoris, you may have had an orgasm. If it feels great but nothing happens, just keep on at it much longer than you think is reasonable and it will happen if it hasn't already. If it really won't happen, try a different vibrator. It's worth reading reviews online of them first.
