I am about 6-7 days late for my period, I got sick recently, and now I am really worried that I am pregnant. The only reason I think that is because I am not sure if he had touched himself before he fingered me. Do you think it is possible that I am pregnant? My period is pretty normal(never more than 3 days late usually). I am really stressed and worried.

 All the worry has probably stressed out your body and made you late!
I wouldn't worry - the chances of getting pregnant in this way are near impossible.
To put your mind at ease, go and visit your doctor and have a check up to make sure everything is OK! In addition, you can have a chat to your GP to discuss safe sex so you have all the information so next time you don't stress yourself out!

 I would say that since you have been sick recently, and you are stressed and worried, they are all contributing to your period being late. But do yourself a pregnancy test to ease your mind, but i'm sure it's just because you have been 'off colour'. xxx

reader, anonymous, writes (31 May 2006): The possibility is there, but sperm can only survive for a very very very short time after it leaves the penis and into open air. I believe that the best way to test this is go to your doctor and have an examination, or well, get one of those do-it-yourself thingies...
