The walkin dude, it is a matter of confidence really, i'm really self conscious and even though i'm told i have a great body or whatever all the time i don't see it myself so i'm just not a very confident person so that might be the problem

If you are worrying about how good you are or if you're doing it right, then that takes all the enjoyment out of it and makes it more like a chore.
If you are really wanting to do it, then try and relax and take your time. Ask him what he likes etc...
