writes: Ok, here my situation. I'm the lead guitarist and singer in my 4-piece band, we do proper gigs at pubs and blues clubs. My co singer is a lovely lady by the name of Megan, and she's the problem. You see, from the moment i met her, I had a crush on her, and now i think its more then just a crush. She is so bright, and has the same sense of humour as me. Whenever she's on stage with me, she just gives me the chills, she is the best singer i know and she has such a stage persona. She does stuff though, that just gets to me. She'll come up to me on stage and hold my hips, and she sings at the same microphone as me, which means when we are singing together, her lips are literally millimetres away from mine. And there's just something about the way she looks at me. She spends all her time with either me, the band or by herself, listening to music, and writing brilliant songs. So, what do i do? Do i ask her out? Does she like me? Thanks for the help you can give.

Could you tell her you fancy her and see what her reaction is? Or just pay her a compliment? Invite her somewhere to spend time along, just two of you? Any of these might give you an idea of whether she is interested.
