However, when it comes to sex despite being told I am apparently 'amazing' when I do have my good days. I also have days where I just can't get the idea of losing an erection out of my mind. I am fine in the foreplay, like most people with this usually are but as soon as it comes to penetrating I cannot get an erection and if I do it is a weak one that doesn't last very long. What I need to know is how can I just relax and keep performance problems out of my mind. I know the only reason it happens is because I think about it but when I am getting closer to sex I can't manage to free my mind from this thought. I know I need to be totally relaxed and connected to the girl but with this running through my head I can't be.Any ideas on how to stop this?

well you are young so maybe it's your body's way of saying "hey i'm not ready"
perhaps you need to wait till the right girl comes across...
