I have a skin care regime, NEVER pick any of my spots, take all of my make up off before bed, Cleanse, Tone and Mousturise and use an exfoliating scrub and gel in the shower.Yet i've still got bad spots.. anyone got any tips on how to get rid of them?

I'm fourteen and I suffer from spots quite bad too. They're a part of being a teenager and some people are just more prone to spots than others.
It's good that you take such good care of your skin; it means that when you pass teenagehood your skin will be beautiful so keep doing what you're doing even if you think it has no effect now. Your hormones are everywhere and you just have to accept that it's a phase your skin is going through at the moment and it will pass.
Pop to your local chemist and ask for teatree oil or witch-hazel. I've found they've worked wonders for me. Clearasil is quite good as a daily face wash as well.
You say you moisturise; you shouldn't really do that. Keep cleansing and wiping off your make-up but only moisturise places on your face that need it because this is stopping your spots from drying up and healing themselves up.
Another thing I have also found to be useful is drinking two pints of water a day. I'm not sure how it works but after several weeks you will start to see a difference. You don't need to stop eating chocolate and stuff; it's just a myth that it gives you spots but the more fruit and veg you eat the better.
If you excersize it also helps to keep you fresh and things. Wash your hair once everyday or every other day so that oils from your hair don't creep down onto your forehead and add to the amount of oils that your skin is already producing; it's them that blocks up your pores.
Try not to use more than two products at a time because when I did that the chemist said that I was cancelling them out and that using a daily face scrub and my little teatrea stick was enough per day (that doesn't include taking make-up off; do that anyway!). Hope this helps XxXxX
