im bloated right now, and im only fifteen years old. i heard once that doing exercises and crunches helps. so ive been doing those and drinking alot of water. its been doing alright for me. i hope you get some relief!

Check the contents of your food, you will be surprised at how much salt is in our foods, so avoid salty snacs and added salt.
Also, drink lots of water as it helps your body eliminate fluids through the kidneys, otherwise, just grin and bear it sweety, it will all be over when it is over.
